Meditation Club

The Mindfulness Club seeks to create a culture of taking a step away from our stressful and scheduled lives, to pause and to be present at the moment: to be mindful.

We meet from 6 to 7 pm on Mondays and practice mindfulness meditation. The meditation is accompanied by conversation to create a sense of community around the practice.

You don't have to be a part of the club, nor do you require any prior experience with meditation to take part in our weekly sessions.
