Make wellbeing a lifestyle, and not a duty

We exist to make various forms of Physical Artistic Expression accessible to the Student Body. We have conducted Gym workouts, MMA, Yoga sessions, and volunteered in the Marathon. In the near future, our focus will be on having Workshops by Experts, speaker Series on Nutrition, Fitness Challenges.
